2. Subscription / continuous services (educational DIY diagnostics)

Specified continuous services notice (Japan): If the subscription/continuous services you select qualify as “specified continuous services” under Japan’s Specified Commercial Transactions Act, we will present the required contract/price and the applicable terms and conditions before you place your order/offer, so you can review them in advance.

• Legal basis: Act No. 57 of 1976 (the “Act on Specified Commercial Transactions”), Specified Commercial Transactions Act (as applicable).
• We will indicate relevant terms and conditions for specified continuous services and the statutory cooling-off framework where applicable, consistent with the contract type and sales method.

Educational nature: The diagnostics content is for education and general guidance, not professional advice. Results may vary depending on your vehicle/appliance condition and information you provide.

Pricing/renewal: Subscription fees, billing cadence, and renewal/termination rules (if any) are shown during checkout or in the subscription management area.

3. Forum participation and moderation

Our forum allows users to post questions and share experiences. We may moderate posts (including removal, correction, or suspension) to maintain safety, legality, and relevance.

• No guaranteed outcomes: We do not guarantee that any post will receive a reply, that solutions will be correct, or that participation will resolve your issue.
• User responsibilities: You must not post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. You must respect others’ rights.
• Content ownership: You retain rights in your content, but grant us a license to display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate the forum.

4. OEM parts marketplace (ordering, compatibility, and returns)

Market/compatibility information: Parts listings may include compatibility notes (e.g., model/fitment). You are responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering.

Sourcing and authorization claims: We may provide information about sourcing. Unless explicitly stated in the listing, we do not guarantee the exact supply chain or authorization status of every item. Any specific authorization or origin statement will be limited to what the listing expressly states.

Returns/refunds and warranty/defects: Where applicable under the contract type and Japanese consumer/online sale requirements, we will provide clear terms on returns/refunds, warranty, and handling of defects before you complete your purchase. If you have a defect or problem, contact us using the details in the footer.

Dispute handling: For disputes, please contact [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable laws and the stated terms for the transaction.

Specified transaction notice (Japan): For online sales and any parts/marketplace transaction that falls within the scope of “specified commercial transactions,” required “terms and conditions” disclosures will be consistent with the items you actually purchase, including returns/refunds, warranty/defects policy, and dispute-contact information.
